Carboidrati complessi, proteine e vitamine
Per una colazione sana ed equilibrata abbiamo precisato nella pagina “quante calorie a colazione” che il numero delle calorie da assumere per iniziare bene la vostra giornata è pari al 20-25% del fabbisogno giornaliero.
Stiamo parlando di 350 a 500kcal, ma il numero preciso è fortemente legato al vostro stile di vita (sedentario o sportivo).
Il semplice calcolo delle calorie da assumere nella colazione del mattino purtroppo non è sufficiente per garantirvi una colazione sana ed equilibrata.
Anche gli alimenti e le dosi che si consumano sono importanti per un buon bilancio dietetico.
Per una colazione sana è importante introdurre sia carboidrati complessi, che proteine e vitamine.
- Esempi di carboidrati complessi sono i cereali o fiocchi di avena integrali (non lavorati industrialmente), fette biscottate integrali, pane integrale tostato sul momento.
- Le proteine derivano abitualmente nella nostra cultura occidentale dal latte, dallo yogurt (meglio se scremato), dal formaggio, oppure meno comunemente da salumi magri e dall’uovo.
- Le vitamine si possono prendere dalla frutta fresca di stagione o da spremute di frutta, succhi o frullati.
Infine si può aggiungere un cucchiaino di burro da spalmare (o di arachidi o di soia) per aggiungere una piccola quantità di grassi.
Di seguito proveremo ad elencare alcune proposte escludendo antipatiche dosi in grammi. In questo modo vogliamo favorire un approccio elementare che non richieda l’utilizzo della bilancia da cucina.
Infatti i tempi ristretti dettati dalla vita lavorativa non consentono a molti di misurare i grammi con precisione!
In conclusione fate attenzione che non tutte le proposte hanno le stesse calorie. Dovete trovare quella che fa per voi in base all’età e al vostro fabbisogno giornaliero in rapporto allo stile di vita.
Colazione sana per bambini, ragazzi e adulti
Bambino
- 3 fette biscottate integrali con un velo di burro e un buon strato di marmellata o miele, una tazza di latte con due cucchiaini di zucchero.
- Una tazza di latte con due cucchiaini di zucchero e fiocchi di avena (non corn-flakes) o cereali, al naturale o insaporiti con frutta o scaglie di cacao.
- 8 biscotti, una tazza di latte con due cucchiaini di zucchero, due cucchiaini di polvere di cacao.
Ragazzo
- Una tazza di latte con due cucchiaini di zucchero, un panino con spalmati due cucchiaini di burro e marmellata.
- Yogurt con 5 cucchiai di muesli di frutta e cereali.
- Succo di frutta e un panino/toast col formaggio o salumi magri.
Adulto
- Uova sode/ alla coque, con un panino integrale e un succo di frutta
- Yogurt e con 3 cucchiai di muesli di frutta e cereali
- Una tazza di caffèlatte, 4 fette biscottate integrali con un velo di burro o marmellata
- Una tazza di caffèlatte, 4 cucchiai di fiocchi d’avena.
